Welcome to The Green Apartment Network's Greener Apartment Identifier, a points-based   program that enables Wisconsin property owners and managers of up to 25 units to assess and then to justifiably claim that they are “on the road to sustainability.”

To be considered for the Greener Apartments Program, landlords must complete at least one action in each of the seven sustainability categories. Please only select actions that your property already has, or that you have already accomplished, not actions that are planned for the future. Your rentals must be in Wisconsin.
